Delivery timeframes
- Unframed prints usually ship within 3–4 working days.
- Framed prints and original artworks may take up to 14 working days to ship.
- Commissions and larger originals are packed carefully and sent with specialist courier services

- New Zealand: 1–3 working days. Rural delivery may take longer.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays may occur. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is outside my control.
How your order is packed
Unframed prints
- A4, A3, and A2 prints are packed in a flat cardboard double-sided envelope.
- Larger prints (A1 or A0) are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and placed inside a sturdy tube.
Framed prints and original artworks
- Framed prints are protected with cardboard corners, packed in thick cardboard, with a piece of stiff card secured over the glass, then bubble-wrapped and put in a custom-fit box marked with fragile tape.
Commissions and large originals
- Commissions and larger originals are packed carefully, sent via specialist courier services and tracked.
Important information
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
- If you require urgent delivery or have special shipping requests, please get in touch before ordering.
- Large or multiple framed pieces may incur additional shipping considerations, especially for international orders — we will confirm any adjustments with you before dispatch.
