- Refunds are processed using the original payment method once the returned item is received in original condition.
13. Sale of Original Artworks
Each original artwork is a unique creation by Sue Mac Dougall. Ownership of the physical artwork passes to the buyer once full payment has been received and the artwork has been delivered.
Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist unless expressly transferred in writing.
Limited-edition prints are produced in the edition sizes stated on the website and accompanied by an authenticity statement or signature where applicable.
14. Product Information and Accuracy
