Changed your mind?
I want you to be happy with your artwork. If you’ve changed your mind, you are welcome to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacing me by email or phone. You can choose either a refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, undamaged condition and returned in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. I strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.
Please note:
- Custom-sized prints or frames may not be eligible for return.
- Sale items and cards are not returnable — please choose carefully.
Damaged in transit?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to let me know.
I will require clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging it arrived in (including any damage to the outer box)
Hold onto all original packaging — this may be required to process a claim with the courier.
Once I’ve reviewed the damage, I’ll organise a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Damage caused after delivery (e.g. from incorrect hanging methods or accidents) isn’t covered. If you’re unsure how best to hang your piece, feel free to get in touch for advice.
How to arrange a return
